Our inquiry form collects your first name, last name, email address, and message. You may also provide your phone number and business name. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss potential work, and manage our business relationship with you.

Submitting an inquiry sends these details to our contact service hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), which creates an inquiry record in Zoho CRM. Please include only information relevant to your inquiry.

Website usage and Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use our website and to improve its content and inquiry process. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to distinguish browsers and measure visits and interactions.

Analytics data can include pages viewed, referral sources, approximate location, device and browser information, engagement, and interactions with service links, contact buttons, the inquiry form, and illustrative AI examples. Form events measure actions such as starting a form, clicking submit, delivery errors, and confirmed delivery.

Our custom Analytics events do not send the names, email addresses, phone numbers, business names, or messages entered in the inquiry form. These contact details are handled separately through our inquiry service and CRM.

Hosting and abuse prevention

Our hosting and contact infrastructure processes technical information, including IP addresses and request metadata, to deliver the website, operate the form, and help prevent abuse. The contact service uses temporary hashed identifiers, counters, and submission state to limit repeated requests and duplicate submissions. Its application logs record general delivery status and request identifiers rather than inquiry messages or contact-field values.

Service providers and information sharing

We use AWS for hosting and contact processing, Zoho CRM for inquiry management, and Google Analytics for website measurement. These providers process information to supply their respective services. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where these providers operate. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect our website, business, or others.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry and business records as needed to respond to requests, manage business relationships, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention varies by the type of record and its purpose. Contact-service application logs are configured for 14-day retention; temporary abuse-prevention records expire separately. Google Analytics retention depends on our Analytics settings and Google’s processing policies.

We use HTTPS and access restrictions to help protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can manage or delete cookies using your browser settings. Google also provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported desktop browsers. Blocking Analytics does not prevent you from using our inquiry form.
